UXO TECHNICIAN STAFFING SERVICE
From, temporary field project support through full-time referrals, OHI provides UXO Technicians for your project. OHI pre-screens all UXO Technicians based upon project requirements and personnel qualifications as outlined in DDESB TP-18. OHI provides insurance, HR, and travel support for support staff.
MMRP / RANGE / UXO SERVICES
OHI specializes in providing full-service support to all Range / UXO / Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP) projects from Archival Research and UXO Construction Support through full-scale remedial action and range clearance services. OHI holds an ATF Federal Explosives License and has direct experience supporting USACE and U.S. Navy UXO / Range / MMRP projects.
EXPLOSIVES SAFETY SERVICES
Our qualified team has experience in the following areas of Explosive Safety: developing and managing munitions and explosives related software applications and systems; providing explosive safety siting analysis to numerous DoD and Department of Army projects; and providing explosives safety related training and computer help-desk support.
EOD / BOMB DISPOSAL TOOLS & EQUIPMENT
OHI has years of experience developing and marketing specialized tools and equipment for military EOD and civilian bomb disposal use. OHI is the developer and manufacturer of the Holley Stick IED Command wire recovery tool. The Holley Stick was adopted across the Marine Corps EOD program and is in use by Afghan bomb disposal teams. OHI provides UXO / MEC Construction support services including support to dredge operations and other construction activities. From avoidance to clearance, OHI provides fully qualified and experienced personnel and field UXO technicians to keep your job safe and on track. OHI follows USACE and U.S. Navy standards on all of its UXO Construction Support projects.

OHI provides UXO / Range archival research – our customized research efforts are designed to meet your specific project needs. Searches include: record & document reviews; maps, charts, and aerial photo searches; and personal interviews. Our experienced team is local to the National Archives I and II.
